The Teesside region's business magazine, Tees Business, is launching the first ever Businesswomen Awards for the area.
It is hoped that these awards will highlight true girl power in business in our region, as well as inspire a new generation of businesswomen, create more female entrepreneurs and highlight the astounding work that women can achieve.
This is a great chance to celebrate the success of local businesses that are driven by women, recognise women that break the mould by being successful in a typically male-dominated arena, and discover more about the opportunities that are available for women in the workplace.
The opportunity to sponsor one of the awards is now available, however, you'll need to get your application in quickly, as only a select few awards remain unsponsored.
Some of the current sponsors include Teesside University (Businesswoman of the Year), RMS Recruitment (Best Newcomer) and Cornerstone Business Solutions (Business of the Year).
The first ever Tees Businesswomen Awards will be held at Wynyard Hall on Thursday 8thNovember 2018.
